Situation & Task:
Served as Creative Lead and created documented guidelines for use of the brand across digital and traditional marketing channels. Increased focus on diversity and inclusiveness in design standards.

Action & Result:
As a brand, OptionsHouse was in need of exploration and documentation of standards for the organization across digital and traditional marketing channels. Development of the standards was geared toward alignment among marketing, UX, and technology teams.
