Project: Customer Account Application

Situation & Task: 

As a key marketing team member, I was responsible for strategies to build customer trust and develop a functional HTML prototype for the purpose of usability testing. 

Action & Result:

Developing trust was critical for this application which required customers to feel comfortable providing sensitive information such as SSN. Through polished UI design and trust indicators, this app prototype was used as a tool for building the final application funnel leading to improved customer applications for the brokerage leading up to its acquisition by E*TRADE in 2016.
